The current local website is designed without advertising networks, third-party analytics scripts, externally hosted fonts, social-media widgets or remote map embeds.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are

3. Technologies used in this build
This build may use local storage to retain locally submitted form entries on the visitor’s device and may use session-level browser state for navigation or interface functions. The site does not transmit those locally saved form entries to the operator unless a production backend is separately connected and disclosed.
Essential browser caching may also occur under normal browser behaviour to improve loading performance. Cache control is managed by the hosting environment and browser.
4. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary technologies support essential functions such as security, navigation, load balancing, accessibility or saving a request locally at the user’s direction. These technologies cannot always be disabled through a site control because the requested function would stop working.
Preference technologies remember optional choices. Analytics technologies measure use and performance. Marketing technologies track activity for advertising or profiling. The current build does not activate optional analytics or marketing technologies.
5. Consent and legal basis
Where Australian law applies, collection and use must be transparent, reasonably necessary and consistent with applicable privacy obligations. Where GDPR or ePrivacy rules apply, non-essential cookies and similar technologies generally require valid consent before activation.

6. Duration
Session technologies expire when the browser session ends. Persistent technologies remain until their stated expiry date or until removed. Locally saved inquiry records in this build remain until the user clears site storage or the browser removes them; the script retains only a limited number of recent entries.
A production deployment should maintain an up-to-date cookie register showing each technology, provider, purpose and duration.
7. Third-party technologies
The current build does not load third-party cookies through external scripts, maps, fonts, images or social widgets. Links to other pages within this local project do not create third-party tracking requests.
If a future production operator adds a payment, booking, analytics, video, map or social service, that provider may set its own technologies. Such additions must be assessed, documented and consent-controlled where required before deployment.
8. Browser controls
Most browsers allow users to view, block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking all storage may prevent forms or preferences from working as intended. Browser help settings explain how to manage these controls.
Clearing local storage removes form entries saved by this local build. Because those records remain on the device, the operator cannot remotely delete them from a browser it does not control.
9. Do Not Track and global privacy signals
Browser privacy signals are evolving and are not interpreted uniformly by all laws or platforms. This build does not contain behavioural advertising trackers, so it does not create an advertising profile in response to browsing activity.
If future tracking is introduced, recognised legally binding opt-out signals should be honoured where required.
10. Security and data minimisation
We use a data-minimisation approach and avoid unnecessary third-party code. Reducing external dependencies can reduce exposure to supply-chain and cross-site tracking risks, but it does not eliminate all browser or hosting risks.
Users should keep browsers updated and use trusted device security controls.
